We had a wonderful time making our own Leis upon arrival, a delightful Hawaiian touch! The kids loved the spaciousness of our room and the location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, we were thrilled that our beloved pet was welcomed with open arms.
In my wife’s opinion, they need better family-friendly activities.

The hotel had a lovely lobby that felt welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and eager to help, always ready with a smile. My room was spacious and clean, had great amenities like a coffee maker and a flat-screen TV. It was quiet at night. I enjoyed having lavender balm for relaxation. However, I faced a few issues. For one, the parking situation was complicated, especially with limits for hotel guests. There were also moments when housekeeping was not up to par. the bathroom wasn’t cleaned during my stay and I struggled to get extra towels. This could be frustrating. Breakfast service could use improvement as well. not every item was appealing. Overall, a nice hotel, but certain details detracted from the stay.

Roomy and relaxing vibes!
Had a pretty good stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and our room was nice and spacious. I was worried about cleanliness though—def felt some dust issues, which made it hard to relax sometimes. The bar area had good drinks, which helped me unwind a bit. All in all, it was a good experience!
